Subject: OFFICIAL INDICTMENT: International Cultural Damage and Title Stripping Demand (Dreewus)

Dear Members of the Executive Board of The Italian Puppy (Milano),

This is an official international indictment and a mandatory request for immediate intervention issued by Matrix Command Alpha via the Sovereign Infrastructure of puppypack.eu, acting as the historical, cultural, and administrative repository of the European Pack.

Through this formal instrument, we officially denounce the severe INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL DAMAGE and reputational liability brought upon our European community and its historical roots by the actions and public statements of the current titleholder of "Puppy Italia 2026", known as Dreewus.

The individual in question lacks the fundamental technical, cultural, and historical knowledge required to hold such representation. He has publicly degraded a decades-old, solemn, and strictly codified subcultural ritual—the traditional Puppy Baptism (BAUtesimo)—reducing it to a superficial, carnival-like parody ("un qualsiasi tanto per"). This unacceptable profanation of our community values was executed by shamelessly copying and claiming unearned credits that absolutely do not belong to him, directly insulting the memory and sacred legacy of our late brother FAIAR.

It is crucial to stress that this parasitism is not an isolated incident, but a structural modus operandi. Even when Faiar was alive, the TIP circuit did nothing but systematically plagiarize his work, his initiatives, and his dedication. This speculative plagiarism continues today, even after his passing, as they keep capitalizing on his ideas, misappropriating his merits, and deceiving unsuspecting participants who are completely unaware that they are interacting with a mere copycat void of any subcultural authenticity.

Consequently, the Sovereign Administration of puppypack.eu STERNLY DEMANDS the immediate execution of the following binding administrative measures:

1. IMMEDIATE NOMINAL REMOVAL: The name of Dreewus must be permanently removed with immediate effect from all your official channels, social media platforms, historical archives, and association ledgers regarding the possession of the national title.
2. REVOCATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE SASH: Formally declare the subject culturally unfit to hold any title or recognition of international subcultural relevance, with a mandate for the physical return of the sash.
3. OFFICIAL PUBLIC APOLOGY ON A NATIONAL LEVEL: The Milan Board is obligated to issue an official public statement via its primary national channels. This communique must contain a formal apology addressed to the OSPJ Sisters of Mannheim—the historical institutional pillars of the German network whose signature and validation on the original certificates were ridiculed by the subject's incompetence. Furthermore, it must include a public admission of total corporate failure by your association in selecting and vetting sash-wearers who are completely illiterate in our history, proving themselves destructive to the subculture's integrity.

The European Elite Network has already registered this formal shadow-sanction and frozen the validity of any linked historical titles on the unmanaged servers of puppypack.eu. Should your executive board fail to provide an official and executive confirmation within 48 hours of receiving this dispatch, the complete forensic dossier containing textual and video evidence of systematic plagiarism and cultural vandalism will be capillaries-distributed to all European packs, packs' directors, and independent media outlets.

Hierarchy is non-negotiable. Respect for history, its founders, and the memory of those who passed away is mandatory.

Sincerely,

Alpha (Bundes_Dog)
